I want you to do something for me.

Think of someone you haven’t spoken to in a while.

What do you appreciate most about them?

  • Is it their persistence, curiosity, positivity, flexibility, patience or creativity?
  • Or maybe it’s their flexibility, courage, humour, passion, energy or sincerity?
  • Or maybe it’s something else.

Then send them a message telling them.  Don’t over think it and keep it simple.
